We offer an alternative educational program dedicated to and inspired by the principles of Dr. Maria Montessori. Our teachers are certified in the Montessori Method.

The Montessori curriculum serves the needs of the whole child; it is our desire that the children be academically motivated, artistically creative, physically active, and emotionally supported.

At Apple Valley Montessori School students are encouraged to work at a wide range of activities. These include:
  • Practical life exercises
  • Sensorial materials
  • Language and Mathematics
  • Cultural activities
  • Music and movement
  • Foreign language
  • Art and craft
Enrolment at Apple Valley Montessori School is open to all children between the ages of 3 and 6 years regardless of their social and economic class, racial and ethnic heritage, religious beliefs and family structure.

We offer morning (9:00 - 12:00) preschool programs, with extended hours (9:00 - 2:30) 3 days a week for those who have reached their 5th birthday or are in their Kindergarten year.
